To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 72 hours of making a booking.

Rescheduling can also be arranged, with a further 72 hours notice required and subject to availability.

We only accept Bank transfers, which we require before booking.

You can bring anything you like (within reason!). Depending on what you plan to record, you can bring your own instruments, cymbals and amps. However, our studio is equipped with guitars (acoustic, electric ) and amplifiers, as well as a wide range of microphones and recording equipment. • Once you arrive, walk to the right side of number 57.

• Locate the entrance to 57A (Black Gate).

• Pass through the black gate and continue to the main studio building.

There is on-street parking available directly outside the studio.

• Willesden Green: A 10-minute walk from the studio.

• Dollis Hill: An 8-minute walk from the studio.

Yes, we offer a discount of up to 15% for bulk bookings of 10 hours or more. Please email booking@imhotepstudio.com with your booking enquiry, including the total number of hours you would like to book, and we will provide you with a discounted quote.

Yes, we offer a 10% student discount! Please email us a copy of your valid student ID to booking@imhotepstudio.com and we will reply with our student discount code.

Overtime will be charged per hour

Yes, an experienced member of staff is always on-site during your booking. They will set up the equipment and show you how to use the recording equipment before you start.

Each booking comes with a FREE 30-minute slot before your booking start time to allow for set up and late guests.

Your podcast will be recorded onto a SHURE SM7B (up to 4 microphones).

The recorders capture separate tracks for each microphone as well as a single track that contains all microphones merged in. You will be sent both options to suit your editing needs.

The files are saved in .WAV format, however, if you would like an .MP3 file instead please speak with a member of staff upon arrival.
